Coming off the heals of signing a large lease, the team wanted to send a unique mailer to stay top of mind within the industry. Comparing Pinnacle Tower's prime location and convenience to that of the two most sought after submarkets reminded recipients that it was a notch above the rest. Combining this simple, yet effective messaging with a mailer that was distinct and interactive created a piece that was unforgettable.
