One Main Brand Rebranded Collateral

Project Goals
To refresh the property branding and marketing materials while preserving the existing logo.

Creative Solution
Expanding upon the original brand elements, I created and incorporated a geometric pattern throughout the materials that can be found within the building’s mid-century modern lobby decor. I also introduced a bold, modern font for the headlines to tie back to the mid-century modern history. These fun elements lent themselves to impactful marketing collateral such as postcards and a property flyer that highlights all that the building has to offer. While the marketing budget was small, I was able to get creative with the marketing dollars and have custom, high-end property folders with the building logo foil stamped on the front made. These served as a nice leave behind for prospects, as well as a way to display the property flyer.
