Above & Beyond Uptown Advertising Campaign

Project Goals
To create a a 2015 building marketing campaign that featured the buildings availability, amenities and views.

Creative Solution
A challenge often faced with the building is the location and its stuffy perception. I worked with the project leasing team to design a campaign, dubbed Above and Beyond Uptown, to combat these misconceptions. To do this, I focused on a fun, light-hearted touch, and by hand-illustrating the building, I was able to achieve a playful look for this campaign. Including famous movie quotes and cheeky idioms highlighting all the building has to offer brought it to that next level and truly made it unforgettable.

Pairing these taglines with an illustration of the building not only gave the campaign a distinct style, but it also reminded the viewer that the building is much closer to Uptown than one may think.

This campaign began as an email blast series and quickly expanded into magazine ads, a unique strategic mailer and trolley ad.
